“From the beginning, our goal for The Promenade Shops at Centerra was to develop and create an environment so unique and exciting that the reach of visitors would extend far beyond Loveland,” said Terry McEwen, President of Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers.  “We’re pleased that the outcome of this data is in-line with our vision,” added McEwen.

Featuring a host of shops and restaurants, The Promenade Shops at Centerra offers the entire Northern Colorado region an unprecedented variety of complementary, high-quality entertainment, retail, and dining options.   Shopping is no longer the same in Northern Colorado with exciting options like Coldwater Creek, J.
