About the new
tenants
Cottonwood Cupboard
will be located between Jos. A. Bank
and Banana Republic and will be 4,428 square feet. This specialty store
is scheduled to open in the fall of 2006. Cottonwood Cupboard is a
locally owned gourmet kitchen and gift shop out of
Greeley, Colorado that specializes in dinnerware lines, unique gifts and
kitchen gadgets.
Gap will be a located between New York & Company and
Eddie Bauer and will be 10,485 square feet. The store is scheduled to
open in the fall of 2006. Gap offers a range of options from fashion
apparel and accessories, to wardrobe staples such as denim, khakis and
T-shirts for men and women.
Banana
Republic
will be located next to Cottonwood Cupboard and will be 7,500 square
feet. The store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2006.
The brand's products — which include sophisticated seasonal collections
of accessories, shoes, personal care products, intimate apparel and
gifts for the home — suit a variety of occasions, from work, to casual
weekend, to going out.
