Old Navy Opens in Centerra Marketplace

June 8, 2006  McWhinney Enterprises announces the grand opening of Old Navy, the newest retailer to open as part of the company’s 240,000 square foot Phase II expansion of The Marketplace at Centerra. Old Navy will open for business beginning Thursday, June 8, with the store’s official grand opening celebration planned for Saturday, June 10.

"Old Navy is one of the nation's hottest retailers and we're thrilled to have the one of only two Old Navy stores serving Northern Colorado at The Marketplace at Centerra,” said Chad McWhinney, Co-Founder and CEO of McWhinney Enterprises.  “Our goal at The Marketplace at Centerra has always been to provide area residents with access to a diverse range of up-to-date, quality retail outlets,” said McWhinney.  “Old Navy enhances the shopping experience at The Marketplace for the entire family.”

The largest retail power center in Northern Colorado, The Marketplace at Centerra is located one-half mile west of Interstate 25 on the north side of Highway 34 in Loveland. Old Navy occupies 15,109 square feet of space and is located between Ross and the future site of Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Opened by Gap Inc. in 1994, Old Navy offers affordable, fashionable clothing and accessories at great prices for adults, kids and baby.  From graphic tees and cargo pants to the latest styles and washes in denim, Old Navy delivers accessible fashions in a bold, fun shopping environment. All merchandise is sold under the Old Navy name and only in its stores and on its website. Special lines such as maternity and women’s plus sizes are available at select Old Navy stores in the U.S. and Canada, as well as online at www.oldnavy.com.

“Old Navy is thrilled to bring the season’s most exciting fashions to the Loveland community at prices the whole family will love,” said Janice Healey, Associate Manager of Public Relations for Old Navy.
