Cottonwood Cupboard, Gap, Banana Republic, Texas Land & Cattle and Sullivan’s Steakhouse are the latest retailers and restaurants to join the already exciting list of shopping, dining and entertainment options at The Promenade Shops at Centerra. “We’re thrilled to be able to continue to expand the quality shopping and dining options Loveland and the entire Northern Colorado region has come to embrace at Centerra in such a short amount of time,” said Terry McEwen, President of Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers.

 “The addition of these dynamic tenants will continue to assist in defining Centerra not only as a premier lifestyle center but a destination location.”

About the new tenants Cottonwood Cupboard will be located between Jos. A. Bank and Banana Republic and will be 4,428 square feet.  This specialty store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2006.  Cottonwood Cupboard is a locally owned gourmet kitchen and gift shop out of Greeley, Colorado that specializes in dinnerware lines, unique gifts and kitchen gadgets.

Gap will be a located between New York & Company and Eddie Bauer and will be 10,485 square feet.  The store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2006.  Gap offers a range of options from fashion apparel and accessories, to wardrobe staples such as denim, khakis and T-shirts for men and women. 

Banana Republic will be located next to Cottonwood Cupboard and will be 7,500 square feet.  The store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2006.  The brand's products — which include sophisticated seasonal collections of accessories, shoes, personal care products, intimate apparel and gifts for the home — suit a variety of occasions, from work, to casual weekend, to going out. 

Texas Land & Cattle will be located east of On The Border.  The virtues of the Old West live on at Texas Land & Cattle.  Here, in a setting of casual elegance, you're welcome to sit down with friends and enjoy USDA choice steaks, chicken, ribs and seafood, all grilled to perfection over a mesquite fire.

Sullivan’s Steakhouse will be located southwest of Dick’s Sporting Goods on the west side of the Shopping Center.  Sullivan's is 1940’s styled steakhouse featuring the finest steaks and seafood, unparalleled martinis, and great live jazz!
