Posted October 21, 2006 Salon Just for Kids Opens in The Promenade Shops Friday October 20th area kids now have a hair salon they can call their own. Lollilocks Kids Salon, where children can have their hair and nails done, ear piercing and throw a birthday party all at the same time, opened in The Promenade Shops. Created by three Colorado Mom's who live in Highland's Ranch in 2001. The Loveland location is their fifth.

The salon is located on the north side of the Shops next to Charlie's Grilled Subs. Lollilocks provides solutions for all your children’s hair-care and body-care needs.  At LolliLocks, customers are encouraged to come in for their trend-setting kid’s cuts and styles, and walk out with a complete salon experience.  Kids want the latest hair styles and solutions, just like you do.  

Lollilocks is much more than just a hair place. The design of the shops include chairs that are in the shapes of animals and one that is a car. The haircut is anything but routine and gives the kid's an experience they will not get in any other area hair salon. Your child can receive a comprehensive range of salon services plus a whole lot of extras designed just for kids.

They have many cuts designed by the Lollilocks hairstylists. They will suds it, clip it, highlight it, style it and wrap it. The kids will be as the say "styling" and smiling all the way to the school bus.

The founders, who obviously had a great deal of vision, are Tammy Rhode, Anne Franklin and Martine Yano. All these ladies are mother's of three. They were not happy with the present hair salon experience for their children so they envisioned a new way to do things. And it has been very successful. From the very beginning they received overwhelming positive response and feed back from their customers. The most easily recognizable success is customer satisfaction and Lollilocks seems to have a great abundance of that.
