McWhinney cordially invites the entire Northern Colorado community to a series of open houses to experience the model of Grand Station at Centerra.

The ten by fourteen foot Grand Station model offers visitors

the opportunity to witness the conceptual design of Grand Station in a three-dimensional, highly detailed format.

By incorporating electricity to portray the lighting used at Grand Station and setting the tracks for the Grand Streetcar, open house visitors will get a very "real" view of Centerra's future mixed-use development.

The open houses will be located at Centerra's Rangeview Two office building, 2695 Rocky Mountain Avenue, on the second floor. Grand Station open house dates and times are as follows:

Friday, March 23 - 2:00-5:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 24 - 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 28 - 4:00-7:00 p.m.

Slated to open in fall 2009, Grand Station at Centerra will be a one million square foot, 60 acre, LEED certified (United States Green Building Council sustainability designation), mixed-use development, to be located just east of The Promenade Shops. The first-of-its-kind in Northern Colorado, Grand Station at Centerra will provide an energizing mix of shopping, dining, entertainment, hospitality, office and medical, fitness, civic, and living opportunities designed to provide an authentic and fabled experience.
