Medical Developer Joins I-25/34 Building Race
Larimer 2534, LLC, has acquired 2.5 acres of vacant land
in 2534 for $762,314 from Gerrard Development Corporation. Larimer
2534 plans to build multiple medical office buildings. 2534 is a
542-acre, high-quality, mixed-use master planned community featuring
retail, office, light industrial, and high-end residential.
Larimer 2534 LLC joins Centerra
who of course already has the gem in the medical crown in the Medical
Center of the Rockies. Just below is a post and article on Eagle
Crossing. They to are planning a medical office complex in there 182
acre development across the interstate from MCR. In addition one of
the major Greeley heart centers and physicians are moving to the
Promontory which is on highway 34 and the Windsor cutoff just
10minutes from MCR.
All of this development in the
medical field will bring even more development in support facilities,
retail, restaurants and others to the area. I-25/34 will become
Northern Colorado's premiere medical area in just a few short years.

Eagle Crossing Development has recently joined
the I-25 Highway 34 development area. Located at the corner of
Crossroads Blvd and I-25 the new development is surrounded by Centerra,
Larimer County's Fairgrounds featuring the Budweiser Events Center,
and the Wal-Mart regional distribution center. Eagle Crossing also has
the yet to be built Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center just
north.

Starting today at The Ranch is the Northern Colorado Boat, RV and
Sport Show. The show runs daily through Sunday and it will be held in
the Ranchway Feeds Arena Building. Today the hours are 12:00 noon to
8:00pm Saturday 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 5pm.
Admission is Free. This trade show features
many of your favorite recreational and outdoor equipment. It features
RV from trailers and 5th wheels to Class C and Class A motor coaches.
Many boats will be on hand for fishing, skiing and recreational uses.
Sporting goods and hunting and fishing equipment will also be

Colorado with the goal of offering world-class care at the lowest

The Colorado Ice Professional Indoor Football Team has
officially announced the "Break the Ice Party" that coincides with
their first ever exhibition game Thursday, March 15th at 7:05 p.m. at
the Budweiser Events Center. The Colorado Ice will battle the Denver
Titans, the defending five-time Colorado Football Conference

It will cost a bit more to shop at the new Front Range Village
being developed at Harmony and Ziegler Roads in Fort Collins. The new
910,000 square foot open air shopping center, like The Promenade Shops
in Loveland who now collects an extra 1% sales fee, Front Range
Village will collect and additional .75 on top of the 6.7% which is
the present going tax rate. Front Range Village is scheduled to
start construction soon and open in the fall of 2008. It has
also been finalized that a new south branch of the library will be
placed in the "town center" area of the new village. It will be
located on the second floor of one of the buildings. It will be about
half the size of the Harmony library.

McWhinney and Club Colorado Fitness announce the construction
of a brand new health club at Centerra in Northern Colorado. To be
located just north of the Medical Center of Rockies at 3755 Precision
Drive, the upscale 7,200 square foot health club is the first of its
kind at Centerra and is scheduled to open its doors at its temporary
location this spring. A future 60,000 square foot permanent facility

Big Foot
Comes To Town
Legendary Monster Truck, Big Foot has been spotted and will arrive in
Fort Collins Thursday, February 1st to grant the wish of a 13-year-old
cancer patient. The 13-year old boy wished to meet the legendary
Monster Truck and it's driver. The famous truck will visit the boy at
his Fort Collins home. Big Foot will appear at the Monster Truck
Winter Nationals Thrill Show which rolls into the Budweiser Events
Center this weekend on Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. each night.
The Big Foot visit comes as part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation
program, which strives to improve the lives of terminally ill patients
through wish fulfillment. The program is also sending a 16-year-old
Fort Morgan patient to the Monster Truck Winter Nationals. Big Foot's
driver Dave Harkey is leading the National Points Championship. Big
Foot has invited his Monster Truck friends to the show this weekend
including Easy Rider, Hot Stuff, High Voltage, Public Disturbance, and
Monster Moose.
