Upon its opening at
Centerra, EMC will have thirty employees with space accommodations to grow its
business to sixty employees. Employing over 31,000 people worldwide, EMC at
Centerra joins seven other office sites in Colorado.

With the addition of
EMC, Rangeview Two is a 39,190-square-foot building that is 97% occupied. A
state-of-the-art, Class A lake front office building, Rangeview Two has three
floors, the largest of which contains 14,000 square feet. |
