Eagle Crossing Loveland Colorado

Eagle Crossing Development

Eagle Crossing Development has recently joined the I-25 Highway 34 development area. Located at the corner of Crossroads Blvd and I-25 the new development is surrounded by Centerra, Larimer County's Fairgrounds featuring the Budweiser Events Center, and the Wal-Mart regional distribution center. Eagle Crossing also has the yet to be built Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center just north.

Eagle Crossing has also announced that it will build two six story office towers pictured above. The site plan shows the towers will be located at the north east corner of Crossroads Blvd and I-25.

This beautifully plan subdivision is being developed by Martin Lind's  Water Valley Land Company, Everitt Commercial Partners and Everett MacMillan Commercial Real Estate. Both Everitt and Lind are long time local developers with excellent track records and many beautiful subdivisions in their credit. Lind is headquartered in Windsor while Everitt is in Fort Collins.

The Eagle Crossing site plan calls for many different types of commercial and office development. Mike Lind stated in the announcement that Eagle Crossing will bring a new identity and a new dynamic to Northern Colorado.

Denver has LODO and now we have NOCO is how Mr. Lind put it. He further stated that "This is downtown NOCO and that," pointing at I-25, "is Main Street NOCO". Eagle Crossing will also have many different types and styles of office parks within the development in addition to restaurants, banks, retail and a medical office park. The medical office park will fit right in with the new opening on February 14 of the new Medical Center of the Rockies, the regions most advanced hospital and heart complex. Also Eagle Crossing has been talked about as the location of a proposed minor league baseball park which would join the hockey, basketball and hockey teams already there.

NOCO is just across  "Main Street"  (I-25) from the ever expanding Loveland-Fort Collins Airport and it's surrounding business parks and businesses.

Eagle Crossing already has many distinguished neighbors. Just south is Centerra and The Promenade Shops, which opened in the fall of 2005, and is the regions newest open air mall and theater complex. Centerra is also developing the MotorPlex at the southwest corner of Crossroads Blvd and further south Office Buildings, The Factory Outlet Complex and the Marketplace Retail Center.

With all this area has to offer Loveland is fast becoming the center of Northern Colorado's economic punch.  With the Larimer County fairgrounds and Event Center it is already the center of the sports and entertainment venues. This area not only draws from Greeley, Fort Collins and Windsor it is or will soon become a major regional draw.
