CO's BMW Announces Huge 35% Sales Increase

February  22,  2006
Sales at CO'S BMW skyrocket 35% during first quarter at their new location in Centerra since  relocating  to  Motorplex  at  Centerra,  the  first dealership  to  join Colorado's  first  and  only  master  planned  auto  park  has  reported  exponential growth during its first two months of business.  CO's BMW, has enjoyed profits from a stunning sales increase of 35 percent, while the number of visitors to the dealership has tripled.  With over 100 acres of retail space the upscale park will be the largest gathering of auto dealers in Northern Colorado and set the tone for automotive retailing nationwide.

"Our vision to create a regional destination for automotive customers is being realized at Centerra," said Chad  McWhinney,  Principal  and  CEO  of  McWhinney  Enterprises.    "The  success  of  the  first  dealership within  Motorplex  at  Centerra  is  being  fueled  by  explosive  growth  in  six surrounding  cities  in  Northern Colorado.  The substantial and sustained sales increase by CO's BMW confirms our promise to create a competitive and unparalleled auto retailing environment."

CO's  BMW  moved  to  the  Motorplex  at  Centerra  from  Fort  Collins  in  December  2005.    That  month, executives  with  Ferrero  I-25  Dodge  Jeep  Chrysler  announced  their  decision  to  move  the  Loveland dealership to the Motorplex.  In January 2006, Davidson Chevrolet, Subaru of Loveland and King Buick Pontiac GMC unveiled plans to relocate to the auto park. The dealerships represent nine major brands including BMW, Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, GMC, Jeep, Pontiac and Subaru.  These franchises
are expected to open Fall of 2006.

"Our  dealership  enjoyed  increased  traffic  and  record  sales  in  our  first  two months at Motorplex," stated Christina  Dawkins,  Owner  of  CO's  BMW.    "We're  pioneering  the  future  of  automotive  retailing  here  in Northern Colorado. And this is just the tip of the iceberg for CO's BMW.  We expect to experience even more growth in our sales, parts and service departments."

Motorplex at Centerra is located at the interchange of Crossroads Boulevard and I-25 in Loveland near the year-old  Thunder  Mountain  Harley  Davidson dealership.    Thunder  Mountain  has  risen  to  become  the region's  top  Harley dealer  since  moving  to  its  prime  location  across  from  Motorplex  at  Centerra. The dealership has experienced growth in every department including a 46 percent increase in bike sales, 31 percent  in  part  sales,  45  percent  in  merchandise sales,  30  percent  in  service  and  an  impressive  140 percent in finance.
