Bed Bath & Beyond at The Marketplace at Centerra will open on
Tuesday, August 15, 2006. The opening adds another shopping choice to
the exciting list of retailers at The Marketplace since McWhinney
began its 240,000 square foot Phase II expansion of the power center
in 2005. Bed Bath & Beyond, 1605 Fall River Drive,
is located just west of I-25 on U.S. Highway 34, next to
JoAnn’s.

Beyond store serving Loveland at The Marketplace at Centerra,” said

at The Marketplace at Centerra has always been to provide area

shopping choice that will continue the depth of available retailers at
The Marketplace,” said Ginsborg. A
nationwide superstore that was founded in 1971, Bed Bath & Beyond
combines superior service and a large selection of home merchandise
and furnishings at everyday low prices. As a leader in a constantly
evolving market, Bed, Bath & Beyond has proven to be both fun and
exciting for its customers. The home furnishing superstore is leasing
23,430 square feet from McWhinney for this location.
