The first completed project of the 2534 development is The
Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital which is located on highway 34
just east of the entrance to the Promenade Shops and opened in November
0f 2005.
Just south of the rehabilitation hospital it was
recently announced by Hartford Land that they plan a large office park
which will be named Union Professional Park. The conceptual plan will
have both single and multi story buildings ranging in size from 4,800
square feet to 16,400 feet
“Considering the high quality construction Hartford Commercial is
known for, we feel as though this is an excellent opportunity for an
end-user to come in and own at a great price” said Nick Christensen,
Managing Principal of Chrisland, Inc.
In 2534 and now under construction, pictured above,
is the the new Home State Bank. This building is located on the
western edge next to Highway 34.
Also under construction in 2534 is a large four
story building just south of highway 34 and just east of the entrance
to The Promenade Shops.
This 4-story multi-tenant building developed by Everitt MacMillan
Development whose tenants will include the corporate headquarters for both
Burns Marketing and Communications and LBN Insurance Agency in addition
to a Bank of Colorado branch location.
This building and the
bank are the first tenants in what the developer has named the Plaza
at 2534. The Plaza at 2534 is a 542 acre mixed use, master
planned community including retail,
office, dining and entertainment center located directly across highway
from the recently completed Promenade Shops. This center is now under
construction but no tenants have yet been announced.
Currently announced tenants of The Plaza at 2534 include Ethan Allen,
Eheart Flooring and Design, Home State Bank and Verizon Wireless. Photos and renderings of
