2534 Has 100,000 Square Feet Under Construction Plaza at 2534 Adds Starbucks, and Culver's Custard Starbucks and Culver's Frozen Custard Butterburgers have announced new restaurants in the Plaza at 2534 in Johnstown, Colorado. 2534 which is located on the south east corner of I-25 and Highway 34 continues to grow at a steady pace. The Plaza at 2534 is a 600,00 mixed use development located in the 542 acre 2534 development.

The entire development is being developed by Chrisland Inc. of Loveland. Chrisland owner Nick Christensen said a 20,000-square-foot Ethan Allen store will open later this year and Eheart Flooring and Design Center, a 30,000-square-foot facility, will open in the first quarter of 2007.

Also soon to open is a four-story multi-tenant building, developed by Everitt MacMillan Development in Fort Collins, whose tenants include corporate headquarters for both Burns Marketing and Communications and LBN Insurance Agency as well as a Bank of Colorado branch.

Christensen added that Verizon Wireless recently broke ground and Home State Bank has also acquired a site in The Plaza at 2534.
